- Enter your registered username or mobile details carefully.
- Complete verification only inside the official account screen.
- Review account activity after signing in, especially on a new device.
- Sign out when you finish on any device you do not control.

Fix common sign-in problems
Incorrect account details
Type the registered details again instead of pasting them. Check for automatic capital letters, saved details from another account and extra spaces. If you have forgotten a password, use the recovery option shown on the official account screen.
Verification code not accepted
Codes may expire, and requesting several can invalidate earlier ones. Wait for the newest code and use it once. Do not forward the code to anyone, including a person claiming to be support.
Temporary restriction
Stop repeating the same attempt. Note the approximate time, device, browser and exact message, then contact official support. This helps the service distinguish a credential problem, connection issue or maintenance window.
When to contact support
Use official PH1 support when recovery options do not work, you no longer control the registered contact method or you notice activity you did not authorise. Support can help investigate without needing your password or full verification code.
